I am so thankful for Galaxy Dental. We are not patients here but my daughter lost her bands for her braces and we had an appt in 3 weeks for her ortho. I also work the exact hours they do and couldn't take time off. Thankfully Galaxy dental was open. I stopped in a asked of I could buy a package. We went in for an orthodontic consult and were met by such an amazing team everyone was kind, welcoming, and patient. But I especially want to appreciate the treatment coordinator (I wish I caught her name!). She went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the entire treatment plan in detail and emphasising how important oral hygiene is along the way.

What touched me most was how she connected with my child she made her promise to brush, floss, and rinse, and even taught her the proper technique for brushing. Despite our regular visits to the hygienist at another office, no one had ever shown my kids how to brush the right way before.

It was such a refreshing and caring experience. I’d highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for orthodontic care that truly puts patients first.

My hygienist, Kim, was thorough but gentle, explaining everything as she went along and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The cleaning itself was efficient, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of by Kim. She is amazing.
